Metal name badges with doming consist of a metal element, a safety pin or a print magnet and a layer of polyurethane resin.
They are printed on a ten-color device that can achieve above-average quality in CMYK printing and very good mapping some of the colors in the PANTONE scale. Metal 3D badges come in a few common sizes in shape rectangle.
At the Customer's request, we can make a dedicated die in any shape and size. We do not use minimum quantities.

Metal name badges with doming are produced in four different sizes as standard:
- 60x13,5mm,
- 60x20mm,
- 55x25mm,
- 65x35mm.

At the Customer's request, it is possible to make a die for a different size.
